Our goal is to timely produce a superior product for a cost effective price. In keeping with this goal and the continued increase in demand for our products, we ask that prior to sending your request that you try and make sure that your exhibits and exhibit lists are complete. Each disability memo is immediately assigned to an individual writer who completes your memo, delivers it, then deletes the confidential information and begins on another documentary assignment. Additional exhibits sent to us after your original request has been completed and forwarded to you not only require expeditious handling on our part, but require immediate re-assignment to the original writer who must cease working on his or her then-designated assignment to rewrite your original memo. Then our staff member must engage the additional download, retrieval, setup, request additional administrative and staff time and review; which are additional processes not covered by our competitive pricing structure. Additionally, since the additional records may have some impact on a medical or vocational listing, your memo will be again reviewed by a staff advisor and our physician to make these determinations. As a consequence, beginning on July 1, 2011 there will be a surcharge of $25 per additional exhibit processed (maximum of twenty pages per exhibit) submitted for addition to your memo after your original disability memo has been completed and electronically delivered to you. Please remember that our memoranda and medical digests are Word friendly and may be added to or edited by you or your staff after you have downloaded the finished product. We understand that there will be times when the digest of additional exhibits will be necessary and need for additional service on the same memo unavoidable. However, in order to curtail any potential unconditional use or abuse of our systems and review, we believe that we can continue to keep our prices low and that all of our customers will best be accommodated in a timely manner when special additional requests are restricted to certain "emergency" situations where the surcharge will apply.
