Disability memos and Findings Integrated Templates (FIT) are completed by our staff with a short turn-around time. Due to our high volume of cases we have extended our turn-around time is 5 business days. In order to assist you better, under special circustances we can expedite a memo at no additional cost.

Save time

The time you would normally spend as an attorney or representative preparing a memorandum or completing a FIT form can now be used in other ways. The monies paid in salary to your staff and overhead can be saved and reimbursed to you. Once you secure your disability memo or completed FIT form all you need to do is edit the documents and submit them to the court. We have found that this is a cost-time saving to the attorney of between 2 1/2-3 hours per case and increases the frequency of on the record decisions prior to trial, thereby saving another 3 to 4 hours of attorney time per case.

Consent Forms and Client Confidentiality

You can download consent forms that we have developed to conform with Florida Bar requirements concerning the safe and confidential electronic transfer of client's data. Each file we get is sent encrypted via the internet to our facility where it is downloaded, worked up, and return to us or to you via secure encrypted internet channels. The electronic data that you send us is deleted after your product has been sent to you, so you need not worry about your client's privacy.

Reduced Cost

In some cases, for a minor additional cost, a vocational evaluation can be prepared by an SSA accepted vocational expert. Since this is not a part of what an attorney or paralegal does for a client within the confines of the attorneys or representatives duties, the evaluation then constitutes a special service.  The evaluation cost is one that may be taxed against the client's file and reimbursed to the attorney or firm either before or after the case is complete.
